modelado/mapeado/bakes, Barril:Para los que empezis totalmente de cero o bien para quienes quieran aprender hacer textura y comprender bien que procesos son necesarios antes de empezar a pintar, he creado esta prctica sencilla de modelado, mapeado y bakes de un barril.En la prctica enseare desde cero Blender para poder crear nuestro barril si conocis otro software de 3D podis usarlo sin problema, por otra parte si ya tienes conocimientos de modelado o bien quieres empezar a pintar puedes pasar a la siguiente parte donde tendrs ya el barril creado listo para crear la textura.En esta prctica aprenderemos:Como modelar un barril estilizado.Tipos de mapeado de textura que podemos usar y cuales se recomiendan.UVWrap del barril en Blender.Bake de Ambient Occlusion para poder partir de una base en la textura.Prctica de pintado tradicional, Barril:Para esta prctica vamos a pintar un barril de madera con partes metlicas para empezar a tener soltura con el color y la iluminacin.En esta prctica aprenderemos:A preparar el color base de nuestro asset.Crearemos los colores bsicos de nuestro barril.Aprenderemos a pintar las zonas de sombreado de la madera y el metal.Daremos iluminacin y volumen para sacarle partido a nuestra textura.Vamos a hacer retoques de tonos y brillos.Aprenderemos a proyectar texturas en Blender.Ajustaremos colores en Photoshop.Crearemos efectos de luz, sombra y contraste en Photoshop.Prctica de retopologa/mapeado/bakes, Rocas:En esta prctica vamos a ver como cargar un objeto de alta poligonizacin trado de Zbrush a un soft tradicional de 3D como Blender, pero igualmente se puede hacer en otro soft como Topogun, 3Dsmax etcA este asset le vamos a crear una retopologa para dejarlo listo para pintar, como siempre si ya tienes un asset preparado o bien quieres ir directo a pintar puedes saltar esta prctica ya que dispones de todos los archivos preparados.Vamos a crear las uvs de las rocas, vamos a hacer el puzzle de uvs y vamos a hacer bakes de mapas extras para mejorar la textura.Adems crearemos un bake especial de luces para reforzar el volumen de la textura y mapas de mascaras y wireframe.En esta prctica aprenderemos:Como preparar un modelo para retopologa.Dnde hacer la retopologa.A crear la retopologa correcta para un buen mapeado.Como hacer un puzzle de uvs.Bakes de mapas como Ambient occlusion, Normal map ,Object space y Gradient map.Donde hacer los cortes (seams) para desplegar bien las uvs.A bakear las luces de la escena para darle mucho ms volumen a nuestra textura.Bakes de mapas como mscaras y wireframe.Prctica de pintado proyectado, Rocas:En esta prctica nos valdremos de Photoshop para darle vida a esta textura gracias a los mapas generados anteriormente, dispondrs de todo el material necesario para empezar desde este punto.En esta prctica aprenderemos:Crear una textura base en Photoshop gracias a los mapas creados anteriormente.Crearemos sombras he iluminaciones de la roca con mtodo no destructivo.Vamos a marcar zonas de iluminacin dura.Aadiremos efectos extra como musgo por encima de la roca.A crear diferentes efectos de color para darle riqueza a la textura.Veremos como realizar ajustes en Photoshop para darle un acabado final.Prctica de pintado tradicional, Tile de hierba:Uno de los elementos ms importante de cualquier videojuego son los tiles, que son aquellas texturas que se repiten tanto por su parte superior/inferior como por la izquierda/derecha de esta forma se pueden cubrir con una sola textura grandes superficies poligonales. Como texture artist es necesario conocer esta tcnica y como conseguir un buen resultado y esto es lo que vamos a ver en esta prctica en Photoshop.En esta prctica aprenderemos:A entender el concepto de tileado.Crearemos la forma base de la hierba.Crearemos una composicin.Convertiremos nuestra textura a tileable.Veremos tcnicas de ajustes finales en Photoshop.Prctica de pintado tradicional, tile roseta:Seguimos con los tiles y esta vez vamos a hacer un tileado circular como si fuese una roseta, adems esta prctica se puede combinar con la anterior dando un excelente resultado.En esta prctica aprenderemos:A preparar diferentes tipos de tileado.Hacer grietas estilizadas.Veremos como hacer detalles ornamentales.Como sombrear y pulir el tile.A controlar el padding de la textura.Sacarle relieve poligonal a nuestra textura.Prctica de pintado proyectado, tile de suelo:En esta prctica vamos a ver una manera de hacer con Zbrush una textura tileable, esta tcnica es muy valiosa para todo texture artist ya que desde Zbrush se pueden hacer texturas increbles como se hacen en juego como Uncharted, Darksiders, Assassins creed entre muchos otros.Crearemos un modelo poligonal sencillo en Blender o el software 3D que queris usar en el que funcione el tileado para llevar todo a Zbrush y darle all el aspecto final.En esta prctica aprenderemos:A crear un base mesh tileable en Blender o cualquier otro soft 3D.Exportaremos correctamente nuestra base mesh a Zbrush.Veris las tcnicas de esculpido tileable en Zbrush.Aadiremos grietas y desgastes a la roca en Zbrush.Aprenderemos como decimar en Zbrush para optimizar la geometra.Veremos como hacer bakes de texturas para el tile.Os ensear como buscar referencias de color para nuestro tile.Texturizaremos el tile con diferentes tcnicas en Photoshop.Ajustaremos tonos, sombras y luces.Y aadiremos hierba por encima para romper el aspecto tileado.Prctica de UVs y Bakes, personaje Fox Kid:En esta prctica vamos a preparar un personaje para texturizar, este personaje es el que hicimos en el curso de Blender, tendris todos los recursos disponibles para empezar con el y crear las UVs y hacer los bakes necesarios. Por supuesto si queris pasar directamente a pintar podris saltaros esta clase, pero siempre es recomendable crear por si mismo los uvs para entender correctamente el workflow de un texture artist.En esta prctica aprenderemos:A hacer todas las uvs del personaje en Blender o el soft 3D que queris.Empaquetaremos correctamente el UV.Vamos a hacer los bakes de texturas necesarios para la siguiente prctica.Prctica de texturizado tradicional, personaje Fox Kid:En esta prctica texturizaremos un personaje completo, las tcnicas aqu explicadas son vlidas para cualquier otro personaje o asset que queris hacer.
