"Daphne Perfume Princess 2L"
"This fantastic new Daphne originated from a private breeder in New Zealand and won a 'Plant of the Year' award in Australia but is perfectly suited for British gardens too! Arguably the best Daphne yet, it's both earlier and longer flowering than other varieties but it's really the blossom itself that makes this Daphne so special. Flowers open from dark pink buds into large clusters growing up to 5cm across- as much as four times the size of a regular Daphne - a 3-year-old plant can have as many as 10 clusters along each stem! Aside from the size of its blooms, the mesmerising fragrance 'Perfume Princess' produces really sets this plant apart - it's undoubtedly the sweetest scented of all Daphne's! 'Perfume Princess' is also a very easy Daphne to grow, thriving in a wide range of conditions and is even happy in full sun. Evergreen, it looks lovely in the border even when not in flower and due to its compact nature, it's a natural choice for a large container where space is limited in the border. Wherever you grow it make sure it's a place you frequent so that you can enjoy the perfumed fragrance that will fill the air when the plant is in bloom!"

"Camellia Collection 3 x 9cm"
"One of the nation's favourite early spring plants, Camellias are, when given the right conditions, very straightforward and problem free. Providing fabulous displays of flowers when almost every other plant is still asleep for winter, they're ideal for providing a bold splash of colour when the garden is quite drab - plus they're fabulous in pots where they can be moved to any part of your garden. The key to success with Camellias is they need acidic soils - like Rhododendrons. This means they can easily be grown in pots in ericaceous composts, and provided they are fed with specialist ericaceous feed, will provide many years of colour and interest. They are evergreen, and their neat, shiny, tough leaves will provide a backdrop to other plants all year.Flower buds start swelling late the previous summer, and keep getting bigger all autumn and winter, until they burst open in early spring. The flowers can be caught by frosts when they are opening, but the buds are generally fine, and the plant is 100% hardy and tough. Supplied as three plants in 9cm pots ready for potting on or planting out, each Camellia collection contains one each of: Blood of China - Vivid, scarlet-red, semi-double blooms with a central crown of yellow stamens 3m x 2m. "Paeony 'Cora Louise' bare root"
"An absolute stunner, this lovely perennial is an Intersectional Peony, a hybrid between traditional perennial varieties and the tougher tree peony, combining beauty, colour and robustness in one. Also known as an Itoh Peony after Dr. Toichi Itoh, 'Cora Louise' produces beautiful white flowers with frilly, ruffled centres and a unique lavender blush at the petal base. Highly prized by collectors these peonies quickly form a neat mound of deep-green foliage that acts as the perfect backdrop for its giant flowers - this superb peony will give you a tremendous display through May and into June. What's more, the blooms carry a light scent which is a joy on those sunny spring days! Long lived and easy to grow, this fully hardy peony is especially vigorous with sturdy flower stems that don't require staking - making them exquisite cut flowers. Perfect in mixed borders in sun or light shade, it's not a plant that enjoys the confines of a pot for too long - if you must grow them in a container, use a large one and after a few years unpot the plant and relocate to a bed or border. Plants will produce dozens of flowers when happy and because they grow wide rather than high, they are an excellent choice for a border hedge, with a wave of flowers which add to the overall planting scheme. Consider growing them in several groupings of three or more at intervals along the length of a flower border for an early wave of romantic colour tones. Supplied as a bare root plant ready for potting up and growing on or planting straight out when the soil has warmed."
