Las comunidades bacterianas se organizan de acuerdo al tamaño de la fracción o agregado del suelo. Pero para que este objetivo se cumpla debe: Registrar información con frecuencia para que sea fidedigna. Realizarse durante un período temporal acorde a los objetivos de relevamiento. Limitar el espacio del cual se tomará información para el manejo. Requiere conocimiento profundo de los problemas sanitarios en los cultivos, la dinámica y dimensión de estos problemas.
