Non si sono registrati particolari problemi nella fruibilit del materiale o dei contenuti con le versioni 2010-13, si sconsiglia l'utilizzo di versioni pi datate.Il corso mira ad un unico obiettivo: formarti nell'utilizzo efficace di questo applicativo tramite un approccio molto pratico, che consiste nella definizione di un progetto di ragionevole complessit implementato dalla WBS fino alla chiusura del progetto, cio attraverso tutti gli step di implementazione richiesti dalla pratica corrente di Project Management (PMI), senza dimenticare quiz e altri utili esercizi.Le lezioni seguono una logica studiata meticolosamente e frutto di innumerevoli ore di lezione in aula presso importantissime societ e Corporate in campo bancario, assicurativo, energetico e informatico.Ma sono soprattutto due i motivi per i quali mi sento molto orgoglioso di aver portato a termine questo lavoro ( che in realt un corso ""open"", prevedendo almeno 2-3 aggiornamenti al mese)...il Primo che finalmente abbiamo un corso completo che analizza il funzionamento dell'applicativo nei minimi dettagli finalmente in italiano.Il Secondo motivo che, dopo molte sessioni e grazie anche ai consigli di molte persone che hanno seguito i miei corsi penso di potere trasmettere semplicemente alcuni concetti che troppo spesso sono ritenuti ostici e di non facile assimilazione: mi riferisco soprattutto all'Earned Value Analysis o alla PERT Analysis.E infine vi verr mostrato come costruire un Database di progetto interfacciando i dati di Project con Excel... con lo stesso procedimento che uso nei miei progetti e che non ho mai visto presentato altrove.Se vi occupate di Project/Program Management, di pianificazione-gestione commesse o se volete comunque ampliare le vostre conoscenze sul campo, vi consiglio sicuramente di investire parte del vostro tempo nell'apprendimento di uno degli applicativi le cui competenze, insieme ad Excel, sono sempre pi richieste, ed investite su questo corso, il cui obiettivo, a breve-medio termine, sar quello di essere aggiornato diventando un corso pi che avanzato, includendo in un unica proposta quanto, almeno nel panorama italiano, non dato assolutamente trovare."
