The gel layer contains 0.5% of natural l-menthol to provide the cooling effect. Quool Patches are easily trimmed and shaped for use on small joints, like fingers, and come in a resealable bag with no need for refrigeration. Quool Patch has not been tested on animals. How to use Quool. Quool is easy to apply to most parts of the body including the back, neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, knee, ankle and foot Quool is for external use only. Before applying the patch, dry the affected area and wipe away any perspiration.
