Sublimation is a process that virtually tattoos the ink into the webbing by turning a solid ink into a permeating gas. This process is done in house and it allows for great detail and vivid custom colorfast colors. Polyester is the only material we carry that is consistent in its ability to be sublimated. Belt sizes are as follows: Regular:.....up to 38 inch waist (48 inches in length) Large:........up to 48 inch waist (60 inches in length) XLarge:......up to 60 inch waist (72 inches in length) To shorten, simply cut the end with scissors and melt the end with a lighter.The sublimation process may take an extra 2-3 days to fulfill your order.
