"Everybody Queen of Hearts By Bonnie and Clyde"
"Bonnie and Clyde has mastered the art of mixed media collage, blending photography with fine art until the lines of distinction disappear. At first glance, her brightly coloured brushstrokes - often depicting modernist architecture, expanses of sea, and palm-tree lined streets - are reminiscent of early Hockney. Closer inspection reveals the wealth of different techniques that Bonnie and Clyde has employed to unrivalled effect. ‘Everybodys Queen of Hearts’ was first released at the artrepublic Art Yard Sale on Sunday 5th June 2016, in which some of the biggest names in the contemporary art world came together in Brighton’s Jubilee Square, giving fans the chance to buy from the artists directly. ‘Everybodys Queen of Hearts’ showcases Bonnie and Clyde’s clever melding of photography with fine art. Depicting three figures, a car and a large palm-tree, Bonnie and Clyde has splashed bold strokes of paint across photographic images to blur the lines between different mediums. Her keen eye for colour and composition allows the component parts to sit beautifully together, using the chaos of mash-up technique to achieve striking visual harmony."

"The Savage Garden #4 By Prefab77"
"Art collective Prefab77 take contemporary street art to new heights - literally. Their urban artworks to-date include awe-inspiring paste-ups in Newcastle and Brighton, each spanning the size of a three storey building. Their work relies on heavy texture, using collage techniques, thick application of gloss, and bounteous coatings of spray-paint, to create bold, busy and beautiful prints. ‘The Savage Garden #4’ depicts the photorealist profile of a woman, surrounded by a kaleidoscopic array of monochrome patterns, type, and graphics. Hints of colour pepper the print, from bright pink lipstick and piercing blue eyes, to scatterings of aerosol pigment and gentle washes of soft hue. It’s a piece that’s rich in texture and design: a triumph of contemporary street-to-canvas aesthetics."

"Art (Special Edition) by Andy Warhol"
"‘Art is what you can get away with’ isn't originally a quote from Andy Warhol but from the Canadian philosopher Marshall McLuhan. But it certainly encapsulates Warhol’s approach to art challenging the media and objects we look at as ‘art’. Like Duchamp and his signed urinal Warhol wanted to explore what it meant to be a work of art. Warhol also used the silkscreen originally an industrial printing method in creating his bright and colourful pop art. This print has been published with the help, advice and authorisation of the Andy Warhol Foundation. This high quality print was produced using the silkscreen method. Silkscreens are created one colour at a time making them ideal for artworks featuring bold areas of colour. Image Credit: ©/®/TM 2016 The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, Inc."
