And now Im doing it for half an hour, daily!But meditation only mitigates your problem and you need to fight the issue behind the issue, so to speak.Then comes The Habit Cracker. This is the state where you strive to develop long lasting habits but things happen, disruptions appear and you forfeit those habits.
